We are warned against (James 4:11-12) speaking evil of our fellow Saints. We are warned against even boasting against tomorrow “13 Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, spend a year there, buy and sell, and make a profit”; 14 whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. 15 Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that.” 16 But now you boast in your arrogance. All such boasting is evil.” James 4:13-16 NKJV.  We who follow Jesus and read His Holy Word and do not do good, are without excuse; “17 Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.” James 4:17 NKJV. Those who rebel and turn away from God (Matthew 13:14-15) will have their senses dulled until the judgment day. The Best of the Feast  Nov. 5, 2017 – James 2 Favorites Forbidden clic aquí en español   Please join us sharing God’s Word daily.  We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.  Gods Not Dead!    “6 Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6 New King James Version (NKJV).   Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site   Dear Saints,   Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of James Chapter 2;There is no room for partiality in the life of those who are called “Christians” (James 2:1-13) if you treat some people better than others, you are sinning.  We are saved by faith and not by works (James 2:14-26) the faith we have in Jesus must produce good works; “ 24 You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only. 25 Likewise, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way? 26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.” James 2:24-26 NKJV.  Faith in Jesus is the only thing that saves anyone (Ephesians 2:8-9) therefor we cannot brag about the works produced by our faith.  We hear people complaining about what the politicians and judges do with great fervor.  If they would put the same passion into their prayer life God would hear from heaven and heal our land; “14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14 NKJV.  There is only one name under heaven by which people can be saved (see John 14:6) that is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Being chiefly directed against particular errors at that time brought in among the Jewish Christians, it does not contain the same full doctrinal statements as the other epistles, but it presents an admirable summary of the practical duties of all believers. The leading truths of Christianity are set forth throughout; and on attentive consideration, it will be found entirely to agree with St. Paul’s statements concerning grace and justification, while it abounds with earnest exhortations to the patience of hope and obedience of faith and love, interspersed with warnings, reproofs, and encouragements, according to the characters addressed. The truths laid down are very serious, and necessary to be maintained; and the rules for practice ought to be observed in all times. In Christ there are no dead and sapless branches, faith is not an idle grace; wherever it is, it brings forth fruit in works.“ – Matthew Henry Concise Commentary     Dear Saints,   Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of James Chapter 1; The testing of our faith serves to build and strengthen our faith in Jesus (James 1:1-11) so we can endure both the good and bad times. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 New King James Version (NKJV).   Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site   Dear Saints,   Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Ezekiel Chapter 47;  These waters that started as a trickle and turned to rivers,  signify the gospel of Christ, which went forth from Jerusalem, and spread into the countries about; “7 When I returned, there, along the bank of the river, were very many trees on one side and the other. 8 Then he said to me: “This water flows toward the eastern region, goes down into the valley, and enters the sea. When it reaches the sea, its waters are healed. 9 And it shall be that every living thing that moves, wherever the rivers go, will live. There will be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters go there; for they will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river goes.”  Ezekiel 47:7-9 NKJV. Remember where we came from Saints; we did not know about Christ (Ephesians 2:12) were living in this world without hope and without salvation.  Through faith in Jesus we have been saved; “19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God,” Ephesians 2:19 NKJV.  Saints remember without Jesus there is no city that lasts forever (Hebrews 13:14) but by faith we are waiting for that city. The Best of the Feast  Nov. 2, 2017 – Ezekiel 46 Feasts & Laws clic aquí en español   Please join us sharing God’s Word daily.  We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.  Gods Not Dead!    “29 Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.”” John 6:29 New King James Version (NKJV).   Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site   Dear Saints,   Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Ezekiel Chapter 46; The Lord has various laws for the ruler and the people when (Ezekiel 46:1-15) they come to worship during any festival. God gives, laws about the ruler’s land (Ezekiel 46:16-18) they must not take land from God’s people.  The priests are given sacred kitchens (Ezekiel 46:19-24) they were places to build fires and prepare the sacrifices.  These are the kitchens where the temple workers will boil the meat that worshipers offer as sacrifices; “23 There was a row of building stones all around in them, all around the four of them; and cooking hearths were made under the rows of stones all around. 24 And he said to me, “These are the kitchens where the ministers of the temple shall boil the sacrifices of the people.” Ezekiel 46:23-24, NKJV.  Wherever God leads us to minister; (Genesis 22:9-15) God provides. “10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments. His praise endures forever.” Psalm 111:10 NKJV.  Saints we must fear God and understand who the enemy is (Ephesians 6:10-13) then we must get ready to serve Jesus and defend our faith. The Best of the Feast Oct. 31, 2017 – Ezekiel 44 Rules for The Priests clic aquí en español   Please join us sharing God’s Word daily.  We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.  Gods Not Dead!    “4 For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.” Romans 12:4-5 New King James Version (NKJV).   Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site   Dear Saints,   Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Ezekiel Chapter 44; The Lord said: the east gate must remain closed (Ezekiel 44:1-13) the Lord God of Israel, came through this gate. God gives Ezekiel, the laws for the temple (Ezekiel 44:4-9) no godless foreigner will be allowed in My temple.  The Levites who turned their backs on God (Ezekiel 44:10-14) must suffer for their sins.  The Levitical priests, who kept the charge of my sanctuary while Israel went astray (Ezekiel 44:15-31) I myself will provide for my priests; “30 The best of all firstfruits of any kind, and every sacrifice of any kind from all your sacrifices, shall be the priest’s; also you shall give to the priest the first of your ground meal, to cause a blessing to rest on your house. 31 The priests shall not eat anything, bird or beast, that died naturally or was torn by wild beasts.” Ezekiel 44:30-31 NKJV.  God sent His son; (Romans 8:28) Jesus because He has a plan to bless those who love and serve Him. “3 You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.” Isaiah 26:3 NKJV.  Don’t try to define Jesus, don’t think he doesn’t understand, (Jeremiah 29:11-13) let Jesus define your life.  If you’re ready draw near to Jesus (2 Chronicles 15:2) and he will deliver you. He dwells between the cherubim; Let the earth be moved!” Psalm 99:1  New King James Version (NKJV).   Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site   Dear Saints,   Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Ezekiel Chapter 43; Ezekiel sees the Glory of God (Ezekiel 43:1-12) and the law of the temple.. God details how the priests shall give offerings (Ezekiel 43:13-27) for the sin of the people; “26 Seven days they shall make atonement for the altar and purify it, and so consecrate it.” Ezekiel 43:26, NKJV.  God sent His son; Jesus (John 3:16) to be the final sacrifice for all of man’s sin. God has given each of us gifts to be used to share Jesus with all persons; “4 For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.” Romans 12:4-5 NKJV.  It is important that each of us strive to share Jesus (Romans 2:13) using the gifts God has given us.  Don’t be fooled into thinking it’s the other person’s place to share Jesus (James 1:22) you would only be fooling yourself.  When a person answers the call to share Jesus (Romans 8:28) they will be blessed in every part of their life.
