38 And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. Matthew 10:38 New King James Version (NKJV).

Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Matthew Chapter 16; The Pharisees and Sadducees ask a sign. (1-4) Jesus cautions against the doctrine of the Pharisees. (5-12) Peter’s testimony that Jesus was the Christ. (13-20) Christ foretells his sufferings, and rebukes Peter. (21-23) The necessity of self-denial. (24-28)Matthew Henry Concise.

Today as we continue the Feast in Matthew 16, we see Jesus telling the disciples that it is more profitable to gain a relationship with him than success of and in the world; “24 Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. 25 For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. 26 For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?” Matthew 16:24-26 – NKJV. I received a pamphlet advertising to to cure all the ails of senior life. They had health and diet tips also how to succeed financially. How to get along with your spouse now that you are retired. The thing that seniors, (the same as all people) need the most is salvation was not even hinted at. Well I it’s true (Matthew 4:4) that man needs more than bread to live; 5 Now when His disciples had come to the other side, they had forgotten to take bread. 6 Then Jesus said to them, “Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the Sadducees.” 7 And they reasoned among themselves, saying, “It is because we have taken no bread.” 8 But Jesus, being aware of it, said to them, “O you of little faith, why do you reason among yourselves because you have brought no bread? 9 Do you not yet understand, or remember the five loaves of the five thousand and how many baskets you took up?Matthew 16:5-9 NKJV. I say it again, it is not about “tradition” or “religion”, it is about a relationship with Jesus. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, all we need to do is; (John 3:16) repent and accept Jesus. That we can do without complaining! 14 Do all things without complaining and disputing, 15 that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, 16 holding fast the word of life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain.Philippians 2:14-16  NKJV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything. If you’re ready check this out; admenu.com/calling.htm

CHEATED OUT OF SALVATION?

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

8 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. Colossians 2:8 New King James Version (NKJV).

Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Matthew Chapter 15; Jesus discourses about human traditions. (1-9) He warns against things which really defile. (10-20) He heals the daughter of a Syrophenician woman. (21-28) Jesus heals the sick, and miraculously feeds four thousand. (1-9) (29-39)Matthew Henry Concise.

Today as we continue the Feast in the New Testament Matthew 15, here we see Jesus talks about false religions which leads those who want to know God to hell; “3 He answered and said to them, “Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition? 4 For God commanded, saying, ‘Honor your father and your mother’; and, ‘He who curses father or mother, let him be put to death.’ 5 But you say, ‘Whoever says to his father or mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from me is a gift to God”– 6 then he need not honor his father or mother.’ Thus you have made the commandment of God of no effect by your tradition. 7 Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying: 8 ‘These people draw near to Me with their mouth, And honor Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me. 9 And in vain they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.'” Matthew 15:3-9 NKJV. Now think about this; (John 14:6) God’s word tells us that the only way to reach God is through faith in Jesus. You don’t need a man of the cloth or Holy Order to interpret God’s Word for you! That’s the work of the (John 14:26) Holy Spirit! The only Saints that can pray for you are still alive (Ephesians 2:19) and trusting Jesus! Even if an angel from heaven or “Priest tries to show you a new or different religion, book, or anything that doesn’t hold up to the whole bible; “3 But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. 4 For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted–you may well put up with it! 2 Corinthians 11:4 NKJV. Hold them and their gospel up to the bible to make sure you won’t be cheated out of Salvation!

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life (Romans 5:15) to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint;36 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. Matthew 24:36 NKJV. 9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 1 John 4:9 New King James Version (NKJV).

Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Matthew Chapter 14; Death of John the Baptist. (1-12) Five thousand people miraculously fed. (13-21) Jesus walks upon the sea. (22-33) Jesus healing the sick. (34-36)Matthew Henry Concise.

Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in the New Testament Matthew 14, here we see Jesus doing good where ever He went; “34 When they had crossed over, they came to the land of Gennesaret. 35 And when the men of that place recognized Him, they sent out into all that surrounding region, brought to Him all who were sick, 36 and begged Him that they might only touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched it were made perfectly well. Matthew 14:34-36 NKJV. Now think about that (1 Corinthians 11:1 ) and ask yourself am I imitating Jesus where ever I go? Remember we are Christ’s ambassadors carrying His love and light to the world; “13 “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men. 14 You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.Matthew 5:13-16 NKJV.

20 But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things. 1 John 2:20 New King James Version (NKJV).

Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Matthew Chapter 13; The parable of the sower. (1-23) The parable of the tares. (24-30) (36-43) (The parables of the mustard-seed and the leaven. (31-35) The parables of the hidden treasure, the pearl of great price, the net cast into the sea, and the householder. (44-52) Jesus is again rejected at Nazareth. (53-58)Matthew Henry Concise.

Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in the New Testament Matthew 13, here we see Jesus telling us that scriptural prophesy is being fulfilled. This is the prophesy; “You will be ever hearing, but never understanding; / you will be ever seeing, but never perceiving.’ / This people’s heart has become calloused; / they hardly hear with their ears, / and they have closed their eyesIsaiah 6:10 Hebrew; Septuagint Foot Note [a] New International Version (NIV). Once again please listen to God’s . This is how we can tell that Jesus was fulfilling Old Testament prophesy. This is where faith is offered (Romans 10:17) in God’s Word the fulfillment of that which was prophesied. This is why Jesus was speaking in parables; “13 Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. 14 And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says: ‘Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, And seeing you will see and not perceive; 15 For the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, And their eyes they have closed, Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.’” Matthew 13:13-15 NKJV. Jesus very words to us and the disciples fulfill prophesy. Have a good day Saints, let your light shine! Be an ambassador for Christ;19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word oDo We Understand Jesus?f reconciliation. 20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.2 Corinthians 5:19-20 NKJV.

Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Matthew Chapter 12; Jesus defends his disciples for plucking corn on the sabbath day. (1-8) Jesus heals a man with a withered hand on the sabbath. (9-13) The malice of the Pharisees. (14-21) Jesus heals a demoniac. (22-30) Blasphemy of the Pharisees. (31,32) Evil words proceed from an evil heart. (33-37) The scribes and Pharisees reproved for seeking a sign. (38-45) The disciples of Christ are his nearest relations. (46-50)Matthew Henry Concise.

Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in the New Testament Matthew 12 NKJV. Again in this Scripture is we see Jesus fulfilling prophesy; “1 “Behold! My Servant whom I uphold, My Elect One in whom My soul delights! I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the Gentiles. 2 He will not cry out, nor raise His voice, Nor cause His voice to be heard in the street. 3 A bruised reed He will not break, And smoking flax He will not quench; He will bring forth justice for truth. Isaiah 42:1-3 NKJV. Once again hear God’s Word this is where faith comes from (Romans 10:17) in God’s Word the fulfillment of that which was prophesied; “17 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: 18 “Behold! My Servant whom I have chosen, My Beloved in whom My soul is well pleased! I will put My Spirit upon Him, And He will declare justice to the Gentiles. 19 He will not quarrel nor cry out, Nor will anyone hear His voice in the streets. 20 A bruised reed He will not break, And smoking flax He will not quench, Till He sends forth justice to victory;Matthew 12:17-20 NKJV. Because we keep or eyes on Jesus Lord of our lives; we all are saints;14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. 15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” 16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,Romans 8:14-16 NKJV.

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Matthew Chapter 11; Christ’s preaching. (1) Christ’s answer to John’s disciples. (2-6) Christ’s testimony to John the Baptist. (7-15) The perverseness of the Jews. (16-24) The gospel revealed to the simple. The heavy-laden invited. (25-30)Matthew Henry Concise.

Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in the New Testament Matthew 11 NKJV. In this Scripture is we see Jesus telling us that scriptural prophesy is being fulfilled. Here is a look at the prophesy;17 Is it not yet a very little while Till Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field, And the fruitful field be esteemed as a forest? 18 In that day the deaf shall hear the words of the book, And the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity and out of darkness. 19 The humble also shall increase their joy in the Lord, And the poor among men shall rejoice In the Holy One of Israel. Isaiah 29:17-19 NKJV. Listen to and digest (Matthew 4:4) what we are feasting on. This is how we can tell that Jesus was fulfilling Old Testament prophesy. This is where faith is offered (Romans 10:17) in God’s Word the fulfillment of that which was prophesied; “4 Jesus answered and said to them, “Go and tell John the things which you hear and see: 5 The blind see and the lame walk; the lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear; the dead are raised up and the poor have the gospel preached to them. 6 And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me.”Matthew 11:4-6 NKJV. I would really like to hear what you think about The Feast Saint? “26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Matthew Chapter 10; The apostles called. (1-4) The apostles instructed and sent forth. (5-15) Directions to the apostles. (16-42)Matthew Henry Concise.

Continueing in Matthew 10 , we see Jesus telling the disciples how to carry his Word to the community. Who to go to, what to look for, how to act; “11 Now whatever city or town you enter, inquire who in it is worthy, and stay there till you go out. 12 And when you go into a household, greet it. 13 If the household is worthy, let your peace come upon it. But if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you. 14 And whoever will not receive you nor hear your words, when you depart from that house or city, shake off the dust from your feet. 15 Assuredly, I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city!Matthew 10:11-15 NKJV Listen, Saint; “this we hear for our ministry (Matthew 28:18-20) as well as the disciple’s ministry.” Once more, keeping the first thing first. That’s salvation the gift of God, (John 3:16) forgiveness of sin. Life more abundantly everlasting goodness. So now we can go forward, announcing; Jesus the Christ to a hungry world. We can continue to prayerfully faithfully Feast on God’s Word; 5 I called on the Lord in distress; The Lord answered me and set me in a broad place. 6 The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?Psalm118:5-6 NKJV.

If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

Is Jesus calling to you? Are you ready to know Jesus? If the answer is yes; today is the day of your salvation! Don’t wait another minute to leave, change or quit anything (see Revelation 3:20) Jesus is at knocking at your door this very minute. He wants you to come now, just as you are!
