25 Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the LORD is kept safe. Proverbs 29:25 New King James Version (NKJV).

Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Genesis ; Chapter 26; “Isaac, because of famine, goes to Gerar. (1-5) He denies his wife and is reproved by Abimelech. (6-11) Isaac grows rich, The Philistines’ envy. (12-17) Isaac digs wells God blesses him. (18-25) Abimelech makes a covenant with Isaac. (26-33) Esau’s wives. (34,35) “ Matthew Henry Concise

We continue our Feast in Genesis 26. Today’s Feast sounds familiar; “6 So Isaac settled in Gerar. 7 When the men of the place asked him about his wife, he said, “She is my sister,” for he feared to say, “My wife,” thinking, “lest the men of the place should kill me because of Rebekah,” because she was attractive in appearance.Genesis 26:6-7 NKJV. Now is my memory (more than normal) failing me? Didn’t Isaac’s father tell the same little “white lie”? Was this a common lie in these times; “2And Abraham said of Sarah his wife,”She is my sister.” And Abimelech king of Gerar sent and took Sarah.Genesis 20:2. I don’t think so I think sin is common for man. How serious is a little white lie? Look at it this way it separates man from God and his love. So how does God feel about a sin that little white lie; ”16 These six things the Lord hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him: 17 A proud look, A lying tongue, Hands that shed innocent blood, 18 A heart that devises wicked plans, Feet that are swift in running to evil, 19 A false witness who speaks lies,And one who sows discord among brethren.Proverbs 6:16-19 NKJV. There is no little “white lie” it is all sin and God will not abide with sin. There are no short cuts to God, the path is truly narrow.Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.John 14:6 ESV

Can you hear him? Jesus is calling, accept Jesus into your heart? If you hear him calling it’s not too late. Just say this simple prayer; “Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour. If you said this prayer inviting Jesus into your heart, turning from sin, and you need fellowship just as we do. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers) that strive to measures up to God’s Word. You need a Bible believing body of believers (church) to worship and pray with. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints for whom Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin. Our only action is to repent (turn from sin) and accept Jesus. Know this if you sinned the sin that can’t be forgiven, you won’t hear Jesus calling. Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Genesis Chapter 25; “Abraham’s family by Keturah, His death and burial. (1-10) God blesses Isaac The descendants of Ishmael. (11-18) The birth of Esau and Jacob. (19-26) The different characters of Esau and Jacob. (27,28) Esau despises and sells his birth-right. (29-34) Matthew Henry Concise

Today’s Feast is a perfect picture of how man can through away their blessings from God; 29 Now Jacob cooked a stew; and Esau came in from the field, and he was weary. 30 And Esau said to Jacob, “Please feed me with that same red stew, for I am weary.” Therefore his name was called Edom.

31 But Jacob said, “Sell me your birthright as of this day.”

32 And Esau said, “Look, I am about to die; so what is this birthright to me?”

33 Then Jacob said, “Swear to me as of this day.”

So he swore to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob. 34 And Jacob gave Esau bread and stew of lentils; then he ate and drank, arose, and went his way. Thus Esau despised his birthright. Genesis 25:29–34 NKJV.We see Esau walking away sure that he traded what was his for something (Bread and Soup) he thought more important at the time. Beside surely his father would know he was tricked and would not withhold his blessing. Sometimes even Christians feel like it is only words when they sin. I tell you Christian Saints every sin is another lash on our Lord and Master Jesus. No matter how your feeling you are sealed by the Holy Spirit and when you sin your grieving God. We need to learn how to control the most unruly part of the body, our tongue. “but just as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, so we speak, not to please man, but to please God who tests our hearts. 1 Thessalonians 2:4

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Genesis Chapter 18; The Lord appears to Abraham. (1-8) Sarah’s unbelief reproved. (9-15) God reveals to Abraham the destruction of Sodom. (16-22) Abraham’s intercession for Sodom. (23-33) Matthew Henry Concise

As we read the Feast we see that God chooses to tell Abraham of his plan for Sodom. This inspires the first episode of “Let’s Make a Deal”; “ 27 Then Abraham answered and said, “Indeed now, I who am but dust and ashes have taken it upon myself to speak to the Lord: 28 Suppose there were five less than the fifty righteous; would You destroy all of the city for lack of five?” So He said, “If I find there forty-five, I will not destroy it.” 29 And he spoke to Him yet again and said, “Suppose there should be forty found there?” So He said, “I will not do it for the sake of forty.” 30 Then he said, “Let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Suppose thirty should be found there?” So He said, “I will not do it if I find thirty there.” 31 And he said, “Indeed now, I have taken it upon myself to speak to the Lord: Suppose twenty should be found there?” So He said, “I will not destroy it for the sake of twenty.” 32 Then he said, “Let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak but once more: Suppose ten should be found there?” And He said, “I will not destroy it for the sake of ten.” 33 So the Lord went His way as soon as He had finished speaking with Abraham; and Abraham returned to his place. Genesis 18:27-33 New King James Version (NKJV). You know this screams of Salvation “Issues Number One”. That’s salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ! When we accept Jesus as our Savior his righteousness is what God sees when he looks at us. Because we are covered by the Blood of the Lamb, and sealed by the Holy Spirit. The whole Trinity of God makes our salvation promise a Bond with the Creator. Get ready the Day can be upon you before you can blink an eye.  10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. 11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 2 Peter 3:10-11 NKJV

Are you ready to accept Jesus into your heart? If you answered yes you need fellowship and so do we. Our salvation depends completely on God! 11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age,” – Titus 2:11-12  – New King James Version (NKJV).

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Genesis Chapter 9; “God blesses Noah, and grants flesh for food. (1-3) Blood, and murder forbidden. (4-7) God’s covenant by the rainbow. (8-17) Noah plants a vineyard, is drunken and mocked by Ham. (18-23)Noah curses Canaan, blesses Shem, prays for Japheth, His death. (24-29) Matthew Henry Concise

As we read the Feast yesterday we saw God’s covenant with Noah he promises that as long as the Earth survives we will have day and night and the seasons. This means as long as man lives on the earth it will continue to sustain life. Today we see God made a covenant to all of Noah’s descendants! Hey wait one minute, that covenant was for us, that’s you and I; “16 The rainbow shall be in the cloud, and I will look on it to remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.” 17 And God said to Noah, “This is the sign of the covenant which I have established between Me and all flesh that is on the earth.”Genesis 9:16–17 NKJV. That’s really great and it shows you that God had plans for us from the start. Remember issue number one; “16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life John 3:16 NKJV. God never did forget about issue number one eternal life without sin!

And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.Colossians 3:15 NKJV.

Pray with us, for the Saints, sinners & soldiers, Mothers and Dads, Sons & Daughters, join us in the eternal abundant life. Please see the prayer requests. If our prayer is answered only you who requested it can let us know what transpired. This is the link to our prayer list. You the living Saints that are God’s Church, made by his hands, God will bless you as you pray with us. We would love to add your Praise and Prayer request; www.admenu.com/prayer.htm

Are we ready? “36 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.Matthew 24:36 NKJV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now; do not wait while you try to change anything. It really is not about religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and follow Jesus. We worship and fellowship with the Saints that measures up to God’s Word.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Revelation Chapter 17; “One of the angels who had the vials, explains the meaning of the former vision of the antichristian beast that was to reign 1260 years, and then to be destroyed. (1-6) And interprets the mystery of the woman, and the beast that had seven heads and ten horns. (7-18) Matthew Henry Concise

Who is this whore it may be a church that harbors un-repentant sinners (see Revelation 17:1-2) or puts any obstacle, (be it book, organization or priest); (see John 14:6) between the saints (believers) and the Son of God Jesus.  That false church could be any church or organization that claims that; (see John 14:26) only they can properly interpret the scriptures properly.  Anyone that twists the scripture to say; (see Ephesians 2:8-9) you need to sell this or do that to earn salvation is holding hands with the whore.  Watch out for that religion that brings a new book or changes the Gospel of Jesus (see Galatians 1:6-8) in any way! “6 Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, 7 rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgivingRevelation 16:15  NKJV.

This week many people will be celebrating Thanksgiving; (see Mark 16:15) you may use this as another way to share our faith.  You could even share the message (see Matthew 5:16) in the next paragraph with them.

Can you hear Jesus calling?  Are you ready to trust God?  If the answer is yes; today is the day of your salvation!  Don’t wait another minute to leave, change or quit anything (see Revelation 3:20) Jesus is at knocking at your door this minute.  He wants you to come just as you are!  Will you answer Him today? Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; admenu.com/calling.htm

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of 1 John Chapter 4; “Believers cautioned against giving heed to every one that pretends to the Spirit. (1-6) Brotherly love enforced. (7-21) Matthew Henry Concise

Because there are many false prophets (see 1 John 4:1-6) those who know God will be with us.  We love one another, we accept each other in God’s name, (see 1 John 4:7-13) Jesus has redeemed us, and sent His Holy Spirit to dwell in us; “12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. 13 By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.1 john 3:24 NKJV.  If any man says he is a Christian and doesn’t love his brother (see 1 John 4:20) he is a liar and not from God.  2 Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2 NKJV.  It’s time for every saint to examine their heart (see 1 John 4:21) do we love our brothers, sisters and neighbors.  We have received a new commandment to love one another (see John 13:34-35) that is how the world will recognize us as ambassadors for Jesus.  Let the world see the love of God shining brilliantly through us.

Do you want to trust God? If the answer is yes; today is the day of your salvation!  Don’t wait another minute to leave, change or quit anything (see Revelation 3:20) Jesus is at knocking at your door this minute.  He wants you to come just as you are!   Do you hear Jesus calling you?  Will you answer Him today? Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Amos Chapter 2; “Judgments against Moab and Judah. (1-8) The ingratitude and ruin of Israel. (9-16) Matthew Henry Concise

Amos warns the nations of Israel and Judah (see Amos 2:1-8 ) that how they deal with others affects how God will judge them.  God recounts how He righteously dealt with the Israelites (see Amos 2:9-16} and how he will deal with them because of their transgressions; “16 and he who is stout of heart among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day,” declares the LORD.Amos 2:16 English Standard Version (ESV).  Some people will put their trust in men and technology; (see Psalm 20:7) the faithful will trust in God.  11 I, I am the LORD, and besides me there is no savior. 12 I declared and saved and proclaimed, when there was no strange god among you; and you are my witnesses,” declares the LORD, “and I am God. Isaiah 43:11-12 ESV.  The only way we can speak to God the Father (see John 14:6) is through His son Jesus.  Those who accept God faithfully in Jesus (see John 14:15-17) are promised a helper which is the Holy Spirit.  As you witness and pray the Holy Spirit will bring (see John 14:26) God’s Word to your remembrance.  How we treat others (see Matthew 7:12) is how God will deal with us.

Jesus is knocking (see Revelation 3:20) will you answer Him? He wants you to come just as you are!   Do you hear Jesus calling you?
