Feb 23_2012 Exodus 25

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 25. Today’s Feast is God’s conveying to Moses, the preparations that his people must make in order for God to be with them; “10 “They shall make an ark of acacia wood. Two cubits[b] and a half shall be its length, a cubit and a half its breadth, and a cubit and a half its height. 11 You shall overlay it with pure gold, inside and outside shall you overlay it, and you shall make on it a molding of gold around it… etc” God gives us instruction for us to be with Him. What did we agree to when we accepted our Covenant with God? “12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, 13 for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.” Philippians 2:11-13 English Standard Version (ESV). As I stated yesterday; “God gave his only begotten son to pay for our Sin. Now you can see that we are not justified by the law, not by works , but by the blood of the Lamb, sacrificed by the Father God.”; “18 knowing that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your forefathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot. 20 He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was made manifest in the last times for the sake of you 21 who through him are believers in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God“ 1 Peter 1:18-21 English Standard Version (ESV)”. Justified just as if I never sinned. Then the Covenant is consecrated in the blood of the Lamb. Do you know that you are made in the image of God? You are an eternal being, where you spend eternity depends on your relationship with God? To be sure turn from sin just say this simple prayer; “Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour.“ If you said this prayer inviting Jesus into your heart. Now turning from sin, and seek fellowship just as we do. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers) that strive to measures up to God’s Word. You need a Bible believing body of believers (church) to worship and pray with. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent (turn from sin) and accept Jesus. Feb 22_2012 Exodus 24

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 24. Today’s Feast is about God’s covenant with his chosen people. Let’s take a glance at what was prepared for his people; “7 Then he took the Book of the Covenant and read it in the hearing of the people. And they said, “All that the Lord has spoken we will do, and we will be obedient.” 8 And Moses took the blood and threw it on the people and said, “Behold the blood of the covenant that the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words.”” God gave Moses the Book of the Covenant. Moses conveyed it to the people. The people agree to the Covenant. Then the Covenant is consecrated in the blood.

Feb 21_2012 Exodus 23

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 23. Today’s Feast is all about doing what is right. concerning our walk with God. God gives us examples of what is right, like the following “

Exd 23:25	You shall serve the LORD your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you.
E xd 23:26	None shall miscarry or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.

” Exodus 23:25-26, (ESV – English Standard Version). Pay close attention, to do what’s right concerning your relationship with God and give him the glory. You are justified by the blood of the Lamb set free by his sacrifice. “6 “You shall not pervert the justice due to your poor in his lawsuit. 7 Keep far from a false charge, and do not kill the innocent and righteous, for I will not acquit the wicked. 8 And you shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds the clear-sighted and subverts the cause of those who are in the right.” Exodus 23 (English Standard Version). We are not justified by the law, not by works , but by the blood of the Lamb, sacrificed by the Father God. By his action we are justified, not by works; “10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:10-11 English Standard Version (ESV)”. Justified just as if I never sinned. Now we stand against falsehood and injustice.

“Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.” Ephesians 6:11 ESV. Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “…But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.

Make The Right Choice

Dear Saints,

I hope you had a good weekend, did you let your light shine? Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 22. Today’s Feast is all about doing what is right. God gives us examples of what is right, like the following “

Exd 22:14

“If a man borrows anything of his neighbor, and it is injured or dies, the owner not being with it, he shall make full restitution.

Exd

22:15

If the owner was with it, he shall not make restitution; if it was hired, it came for its hiring fee.

” Exodus 22:14-15, New King James Version (NKJV). When God speaks concerning anything be sure to pay attention, do what’s right and give him the glory. Remember doing whats right is a choice

“ Have you made a choice? Do you stand alone, or will you stand with Jesus?

“This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, that you and your children may live, and that you may love the lord your god, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the lord is your life, and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Issac and Jacob” Dt. 30:19-20.

God wants us to choose life. He will not force the choice upon us. It is a blessing he gave us. How important is our choice to God? “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” Jn: 3-16 The choice we were given then is so important that God gave the most precious thing he has, Jesus. Jesus suffered on the cross for our sins. He paid the price in full for us. Gods one and only Son. My salvation and yours is not gained by anything we can do other than the choice we have the freedom to make. Jesus paid the way for every person who will make the choice to accept Gods offer. It was life and death to God and it is life and death to you and I. Sin came into our lives by one. Sin was paid for by one, Jesus.

God said Now choose life. He gave us the only escape for our sins. Its what God did , not us. We can always count on God. He wants us to make a choice. He has shown us how important that choice is to God,and us. Jesus paid the price in full, on the cross for you and I. Can you pay the price for your sin, or will you accept Gods plan for you?

It’s nothing short of the most important choice you will ever make. Please accept Gods offer and choose life.

Please enter into salvation now. There is only one way. Pray to the living God this simple prayer;

“Jesus I know I am a sinner. I need you as my personal savior. I believe you paid for my sin on the cross. I invite you to come in, forgive me all my sins and make me your child. I receive your gift of eternal life and thank you for it. Help me live for you every day of my life. Amen.” – http://www.admenu.com

Dear Saints,

This weekend we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 19 through Exodus 21. There seems to be a pattern among Saint and non-believers alike. Here is the pattern of memory they all seem to remember ; “

Exd 21:24

“eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,

” Exodus 21:24, New King James Version (NKJV). Why do you think that Saint and non-believer alike has so much trouble remembering this part of the scripture? The one where Jesus is asked what the greatest commandment is and he answers;“

Mat 22:37	Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
Mat 22:38	“This is [the] first and great commandment.
Mat 22:39	“And [the] second [is] like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself

” Matthew 22:37-39 NKJV. I’m not really sure myself maybe Satan works harder to interfere with words of Love than hate. I can say no matter what you think or follow, Jesus answer is the same today. Have a great weekend keep your light shining bright.”

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 18. No matter what gifts the Holy Spirit blesses you with, or how God uses you be an imitator of Moses here; “

Exd 18:8

Then Moses told his father-in-law all that the LORD had done to Pharaoh and to the Egyptians for Israel’s sake, all the hardship that had come upon them in the way, and how the LORD had delivered them.

” Exodus 18:8, English Standard Version (ESV). When God moves concerning anything be sure to give him the glory. Our God is great and greatly to be praised. The next thing I see here is learn how to delegate. Moses’ father in law, wise old gentleman that he is sees Mo, taking the responsibility for everything, he is working himself into exhaustion; “

Exd 18:14

When Moses’ father-in-law saw all that he was doing for the people, he said, “What is this that you are doing for the people? Why do you sit alone, and all the people stand around you from morning till evening?”

” Exodus 18:14 ESV. So he says;”Mo slow down you’ll have a ministry as long as God needs you. If you don’t delegate some of the work though you may not keep your sanity as long as God needs you. So as we see here Moses believes his dad in law and delegates some of the responsibilities that came with his ministry; “

Moses chose able men out of all Israel and made them heads over the people, chiefs of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties, and of tens

”

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 17. We see the people of God looking to Moses as opposed to seeing God. I see this in many church groups today speaking about how wonderful the pastor is ignoring the glory of God. In the case of our Israelites they were more focused on Moses than God; “1 All the congregation of the people of Israel moved on from the wilderness of Sin by stages, according to the commandment of the LORD, and camped at Rephidim, but there was no water for the people to drink. 2 Therefore the people quarreled with Moses and said, “Give us water to drink.” And Moses said to them, “Why do you quarrel with me? Why do you test the LORD?” 3 But the people thirsted there for water, and the people grumbled against Moses and said, “Why did you bring us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our livestock with thirst?”“ Exodus 17:1-3, English Standard Version (ESV). They have their eyes on Moses (the servant) instead of their saviour God. With all the miracles of God to bring them out of Egypt and deliver them from the Pharaoh and his army they remain focused on Moses. Don’t look on God’s vessels as if they contain the miracles. They are sent to show the way to and the power of God. Our awesome God. Just as the miracle of healing was delivered to the lame beggar through Peter and John; “3 Seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, he asked to receive alms. 4 And Peter directed his gaze at him, as did John, and said, “Look at us.” 5 And he fixed his attention on them, expecting to receive something from them. 6 But Peter said, “I have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!”” Acts 3:3-6 ESV. We must always make sure the glory is God’s; “16 And his name–by faith in his name–has made this man strong whom you see and know, and the faith that is through Jesus has given the man this perfect health in the presence of you all.” Acts 3:16 ESV. We need to keep the first thing first. Salvation healing and deliverance come through our Lord and Savior Jesus. Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 16. The fear (False Evidence Appearing Real) has hit the Israelites; “And the whole congregation of the people of Israel grumbled against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness,and the people of Israel said to them, “Would that we had died by the hand of the LORD in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the meat pots and ate bread to the full, for you have brought us out into this wilderness to kill this whole assembly with hunger.”” Exodus 16:2-3, English Standard Version (ESV). Looking about from a worldly point of view, they feel that Moses has led them astray. Have they already forgotten the parting of the sea.;”Exd 14:21 Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and the LORD drove the sea back by a strong east wind all night and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.” Exodus 14:21 ESV. It would seem to me that they would understand that the Lord would provide for their needs; “11What father among you, if his son asks for a fish, will instead of a fish give him a serpent” Luke 11:11 ESV. This faith is easy for us we have God’s Word. We trust that God will deliver us. If it was us who had lost our job and were faced with the eviction notice we would know all we need to do is ask God; “9And I tell you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 10For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.“ Luke 11:11 ESV. This fear we see in the Israelites, it is easy to condemn and say; “They still don’t trust God?” Dear Saints they are only human! I dare say if it was you or I facing the unknown would have some doubt. If we ever need more or stronger faith we know where to get it; “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.” Romans 10:17. Hence the reasons for salvation and the feast become clearer. Feb 13 2012 Exodus 15

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 15. Have you ever noticed how easy it is to be a great Christian when we are on the mountain top. I mean when everything is going your way it’s easy to shout; “Praise God!” God’s chosen people are no different when they are on a winning streak, this is what I’m saying; “‘You have led in your steadfast love the people whom you have redeemed; you have guided them by your strength to your holy abode.” Exodus 15:13, English Standard Version (ESV). See while they are on top of the mountain God is great and greatly to be praised. As soon as they start that descent into the first vally things change. You know like when they cut your hours at work. As you get home the spouse says; “Call a plumber, there’s something wrong with the water!”; “23When they came to Marah, they could not drink the water of Marah because it was bitter; therefore it was named Marah 24And the people grumbled against Moses, saying, “What shall we drink?’” Exodus 15:23-24 ESV. We might go off like;“This is all I need they cut my hours at work and now the house is falling apart!” ; “9And I tell you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 10For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. 11What father among you, if his son asks for a fish, will instead of a fish give him a serpent” Luke 11:9-11 ESV. It appears to me God’s people would be better off asking our Father before we complain or become bitter. Dear Saints,

This weekend we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 12 Friday, Exodus 13 Saturday & Exodus 14 for Sunday. My minor surgery (very minor) has been postponed until the 29^th of February, so I can take antibiotics to fight an infection. Pray for me and I’ll keep you posted. God is done playing with the Pharaoh, he has his people sacrifice a lamb. Make the sign of the cross on the front door with the blood of the lamb. Here see what I’m saying; “4 If any household is too small for a whole lamb, they must share one with their nearest neighbor, having taken into account the number of people there are. You are to determine the amount of lamb needed in accordance with what each person will eat. 5 The animals you choose must be year-old males without defect,and you may take them from the sheep or the goats. 6 Take care of them until the fourteenth day of the month, when all the people of the community of Israel must slaughter them at twilight. 7 Then they are to take some of the blood and put it on the sides and tops of the door frames of the houses where they eat the lambs..” Exodus 12:4-7 New International Version (NIV). If any of this sounds familiar look at the salvation for the Saints; “

Isa 53:7

He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth.

” Isaiah 53:7 NIV. I really love that old song; “There is wonder working power in the blood of the Lamb.” So as for you and I let’s keep the first thing first, salvation through our Lord and Savior Jesus. Remember let your light shine be cause God doesn’t want anyone to perish; “

Mat 18:14

In the same way your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should be lost.
